Hoomla is a subsidiary of the Treoc.com Group. The Principal is Mr Ian Deyzel and there is a dedicated team who procure and sell New Developments and Existing Properties to the Treoc members and the general public.
We are buyers agents and our mission is to source the most profitable and quality investment properties for our members.
There are now two categories of properties we market.
The first is the typical ‘Treoc Type Property’. A Treoc Type Property is an entry-level Townhouse or apartment in a security complex with a good RVR (Rent to value Ratio).
The second is normal residential properties, buy to stay home buyers. This service is only available in the areas where we have offices and have agents available to market the units.
